Since we manufacture and personalise products purely on order only, we have a zero refund and returns policy.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We have very strict quality checks in place and products do not leave our premises without a quality check. However, in the rare case of damage in transit, customers are requested to send photos of the damaged courier package, with the label and packaging on the date of receipt of the package. In that case, an identical product/ credit note is issued to the customer based on mutual understanding.
