How do I clean it?

Gently spot-clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap when required. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean. Allow the case to air dry completely before use.

What happens if I enter the wrong name while personalizing?

We have a strict no-rewrite policy when personalizing your product. Names are printed exactly as given in your order, so do double check the entries before you check out.

Is the product returnable if I don't like it?

Since we manufacture and personalise products purely on order only, we have a zero refund and returns policy.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We have very strict quality checks in place and products do not leave our premises without a quality check. However, in the rare case of damage in transit, customers are requested to send photos of the damaged courier package, with the label and packaging on the date of receipt of the package. In that case, an identical product/ credit note is issued to the customer based on mutual understanding.
