Since we manufacture and personalise products purely on order only, we have a zero refund and returns policy.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We have very strict quality checks in place and products do not leave our premises without a quality check. However, in the rare case of damage in transit, customers are requested to send photos of the damaged courier package, with the label and packaging on the date of receipt of the package. In that case, an identical product/ credit note is issued to the customer based on mutual understanding.

We have a strict no-rewrite policy when personalizing your product. Names are printed exactly as given in your order, so do double check the entries before you check out.

Yes. The front section can be used to organise smaller items or keep wet belongings separate from the main compartment.

The Swim bag is a mix of waterproof materials - nylon and PVC. The bag is also designed with a separate front section that is ideal for storing wet swimwear, wet art materials or other damp items separately from the rest of the bag.
